My service has now been suspended for 3 days. I have tried to call the call centre for these 3 days but without success, they are not answering. I have also tried to call the Newton Park branch in Cape Rd. Port Elizabeth where I took my contract out but they are not answering either. Mtn is supposed to be a communication company but I cannot communicate with them, thats bad. I want someone from the call centre to phone me so that we can resolve this matter. I've been with Mtn for over 5 years now and have never been so disappointed.
