I am completely annoyed with the lack of service delivery from Cell C! After just a few days of receiving our new S4 phones and being told that we have 7 days in which to return the phone should there be a fault, my wife's phone stopped working. She took it into the Sandton branch where a Samsung consultant who happened to be there confirmed that her phone was in fact messed up. I received a call from Cell C saying that there was nothing wrong with the phone and that it would be returned. This is unacceptable and I want a new phone! I know my rights! Now aside from this issue, I have had a total lack of response from Cell C on the matter. The phone was sent in around the 4th of December. I received the call about 'nothing being wrong with my phone' on the 9th of December and have heard nothing since then! I would like for a manager to contact me in this regard or else I will terminate my contract. My brother is a lawyer and I will have no problem taking legal action if this issue is not sorted out by the end of this week!
