Took in phone for repair, poor response

I took in my iphone for repair on 16/09/2013 at vodacom repairs Vanderbijlpark. Got an SMS in few days time tellings me the quotation. I was requested to call in and tell them if I accept or not, I called the shop and they told me that they are busy and someone will get back to me. No one got back to me. Today I got an SMS saying the quotation has been declined and the phone will be send back without being repaired. While I'm still waiting to be called back. Called them again and they said they are busy and they'll call me back. They never did. Went to the shop and the service I got was apauling! They didn't even have time to listen to me. That white only staff doesn't seem to have time for non whites.??
