After cancelling my ADLS with MWeb on the 10 August, the amount was debited from my again again this month. On inquiry, it appears that someone at MWeb did not notify the accounts department, and hen the debit order.
Now to get my money back, I have to wait 14 days. So they up and then dictate to me when I can have me own money back. Really not good customer service.
Avoid MWeb at all cost.
