When one applies for services (Broadband) from Mweb its all done telephonically, no paperwork, and the service is instantaneous, meaning the billing starts immediately. However when cancelling the service, one has to give a calender month's notice, plus fill in a cancellation form, plus fax the form back to Mweb. Don't understand this, as it works totally in favour of the supplier.
