Refund takes more than a week

I have found that i have a credit with Cell C.
when i call the call centre they lodge a case, and never return a call as per what they have said they would do.
everytime you call them to get feedback on the refund, they come up with the same old story your case is still in progress.

Cell C is very quick to put a soft lock on your line when you pay late, but when it is the other way around they can't deal with their clients on a professional manner, and get a refund done, they constantly tell you the same thing over and over, even if you have given then the case number when you lodge the case.

as per my instruction and even if it is made urgent, they keep stolling the process with nicely decorated white. I want my refund to be made back to me before 11:30 and my monies must be available in my account as per instructions from me
