Refund due not process after 21 days

Hi. Refer case 3072902026 and follow up 3081700290. Pls note follow up case is the first official follow up although I followed up ten plus times with call centre and even supervisor Regina to no avail. Kept getting told they're looking into it. (Each time a different story and different department responsible was the excuse).

I am entitled a big refund (and hopefully compensation too!!!) for being charged for many calls and SMS to a cellc number when supercharge benefits should have been used. This was raised on 29 July!!!

Pls sort out immediately!
