I will submit the same complaint once again. Your service stinks. And I will take it forward untill I receive a satisfactory answer. I am still awaiting feedback regarding the cancellation request that I have submitted. Still awaiting a call back or an e-mail to confirm that the cancellation has been processed. I was given a fax number by one of the consultants to send a cancellation request to this was on the 28/12/2012. I called in on Monday to find out if the cancellation letter was received and was advised that it was not, and that I needed to contact the call centre- waiting for about 35 mins I dropped the line as I get charged for the call as well. Tried to contact them via internet and obtained a reference number. But still nothing has been done. I will not serve the 30 day calendar month notice to cancel the two contracts with you guys> I have done what is needed from my side.
