I signed up for Telkom ADSL and the adverts show it is installed within five working days, it is now 12 working days later, and I am yet to receive a phone call or sms regarding the physical installation of the line.
It is not acceptable to falsely advertise that a product will be installed within a certain time frame and then just keep quiet and let me follow up without a direct answer as to when it will be done.
I contacted Asanda again now and she says there is some problem with Networks and they are experiencing a difficulty.
This kind of difficulty cannot happen overnight and customers should be informed before they sign contracts.
