I have been battling over 2 weeks now to get itemised billing on one of my contracts. I understand that it was never subscribed for however I also know that these records are archived.
For the past couple of months I have not received the benefits as stated on my contract which is 200 minutes, 500MB data and 30 SMS. I have paid over R1400 on this contract since I received it and when I load a data bundle it gives me ###. When I spoke to the call centre on the 7th the lady confirmed that there was a error which she will clear. She also confirmed that the data bundles that I was charged for was never added. So not only am I not receiving the benefits I signed for, now I am not receiving the data I am being charged for. I have requested an itemised billing to be sent to me over and over and over. When I call the call centre I can never speak to a manager and I have to hold for over an hour every time.
I feel that they have realized that the contract has been loaded incorrectly and now nobody can come back to me. I have requested on numerous occasions that the customer services manager calls me back but obiously I am not important enough and I now want answers!!!
