I've ordered a smart phone from [URL Removed] In their subsequent email reply they informed me that my order will be dispatched within 2 days. When viewing the online tracking page they informed me that I will only receive my phone on 21 October. I contacted their support desk and spoke to a Bradley Smith. After consultation with his office he phoned me back yesterday and confirmed that my order will indeed be dispatched yesterday.
This is the mail I received just now.

We're really sorry to have to send you this mail, but we're afraid that there's going to be a slight delay on your order. At this point we're looking to have your order with you on
Delivery Estimated delivery date: 22 October 2013
If you ordered several items at once, it may just be one of your items which is holding up dispatch. So if you need something in your order quite urgently, then give us a call on 0861 52 52 42, and we'll arrange to send what's ready so long."
I think anyone wishing to do online business with [URL Removed] must reconsider due to this company's sub-zero standards of service delivery.By the way, today's date is 11 October 2013.
