I TOOK MY CELL TO MENLYN AND THEY HAD TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIRS - ACCORDING TO THEM 2 WEEKS. THE WEEK BEFORE THIS WEEK I HAVE CONTACTED VODACOM AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE PHONE IS BEUOND REPAIR AND THAT THE BRANCH WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH ME LAS WEEK TO COLLECT AN NEW PHONE (JOB NO 9403830) I PHONED THEM THIS MORNING AGAIN AND HOLD ON FOR 15 MIN AND GOT CUT OFF. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO PHONE IN TO GET ANY FEEDBACK???
