Payments processed late or not at all

MTN Business accounts department do not acknowledge proof of payments emailed to them and they process them only on 22nd of the month... conveniently late for them to change the debit orders so you end up paying extra.
MTN to reimburse me unpaid fees and to please find someone who will respond to my emails. I have emailed 2 proof of payments to [Email Removed] AND [Email Removed] but this morning a call centre person confirmed the R700 and R1500 paid on 2nd Nov and 3rd Dec were not yet receipted. yet in November, Lizelle told me on the 22nd that she had processed the R700 payment!
WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY IS MTN BUSINESS ACCOUNT DIVISION SO INCOMPETENT? THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR ME TO EXPLAIN THE WHOLE ISSUE HERE. MTN PLEASE GET BACK TO ME... OTHERWISE I AM GOING THE LEGAL ROUTE.
