I'm a topup client with Altech, using the vodacom network. I was told to use the *111# service to check my balances and often I find that my data shows a R0.00 balance but then I do have available data. On the 1st of Dec I purchased a promo bundle, was debited the amount but then it didn;t reflect on the balance request when dialing *111#. As a matter of fact I actually got an SMS alter a few days ago to say my data is almost depleted which was impossible due to the bundle I recently purchased. After NEMEROUS (pity I can't bold and underline this) no one @ altech could tel me what's going on except say "we logged it with it". Here I'm sitting, when I purchase something more debits go off and I get nothing - what the. I explicitly asked that they reverse the 2 bogy transactions on Friday (13 Dec). This morning I cal AGAIN just o hear the bundle for the 1st of Dec was activated on the 12th - why could none of the 3 agents say this on the 13th? as I had to buy another bundle on the 15th. The admin system is a mess cause you don't SEE or GET what you buy. Don't give a service that you can't support!!!
