Can somebody help?

The only communications that come from Virgin Mobile is overcharging! The call centre is useless, the reps at branch are useless, they do not respond to any mails! We are some 4 years customers, some half an year ago I would rate them some 9 out 10, now days not i1 out of 10. Absolutely disgusted.
