My cell phone contract expired on 7 Dec. I went to Autopage (end November) and discussed with them that I want to move over to Vodacom and want an iPhone 5s. The person who helped me promised me that they would have a phone for me on the 7th of December. When I got to the shop on the 7th they did not have a phone! This morning when I phoned the shop I had to deal with a lady that had absolutely no manners and then I had to find out that I'll only get a phone in January. This is ridiculous! It is December and Christmas surely you guys should know that there would be a great demand for phones especially iPhones!! I really hope you can resolve this issue or I would be forced to go to another service provider.
