Bank deductions

Virgin mobile did not stop to deduct money from my bank account after my contract with them were completed.
I phoned them they said they will stop the deductions 4 months ago and gave me a ref: no 46381966 the deductions were not stopped and i am very disappointed with them. My name is E.M.A. KRUGER
