I received a call from some guy at vodacom offering me their wifi router deal of 2Gbfor R159pm and was telling me it wil help me save as i was spending too much money on data i accepted the offer which forms part of my contract now. I have been trying to set a limit on the router with no sucess as it keeps saying i am not the master account holder.on the 2013/02/01 i received an sms on the router showing that my balance is R932.00 i called vodacom csre spoke to chanel and she told me she cannot acess my statement to explain where this amount comes from as she has no acess but this is someone who works for vodacom, she activated the itemised billing for me at R17 on the statement it shows that i downloaded data of 2.2gb at R666, 85 i checked the memory of the series i was downloading it is 1.6gb and i had 1.4 gb night owl at the time of downloading the series.this is a rip off i will not pay for 2, 2gb that i dont know about and this was supose to save me money not cost me money. I have two contracts with vodacom and right now i want to cancel them because of your ridicolous billing and expensive data.not impresed at all and i will not pay the R931on 0795296134 you can even deactivate
