I took out a laptop contract on the 14/12/2012 the cost per month is R 199.00 per month over 24 months which was agreed on. The first bill this month was R 695.00 which was not agreed upon. The contract comes with 200 megs free data a month. The reason for them billing me R 695.00 was that I went over the limit. My understanding was that once you reach that limit you will be cut off. I was not told about the the extra billing when the contract was taken out. I am very very disappointed with the service I am getting from the Cell C outlet and with Cell C has a whole.
My other issue with Cell C is my Mobile TV, this issue still has not been resolved. Very Very Disappointed.
