I have had my contract 2 months!!! I agreed to a R119 per month data contract through FNB. Last month Cell C deducted R494.30 off my account. After much going back and forth, I was assured it was sorted out. They had my contract details down incorrectly and would credit me and send me replacement sim cards. I could not use my data at all last month! Today they have helped themselves to another R299! That is over R555 more than I agreed for a service I can't use! It is absolutely appalling!
