I have been trying to cancel my Telkom service for over 2 weeks now, after holding at call centres twice both times for 45 minutes, after which I have been in contact with Cornelia on email who after 11 days has not responded to emails at all. I have also as requested emailed [Email Removed] with all the relevant information to no avail. I had plans to reengage my service again but not likely after this experience.
