Cannot locate Apple IPAD for delivery

Upon placing my order with Elite Mobile, I was assured I would receive my delivery by the end of the week, as I am away from next week. Delivery came - SIM card only. Called customer service, told they do delivery in two parts, would try get Ipad to me by Friday (today).

Called today, was told it had been delivered...??? The woman I spoke to didn't want to deal with my query so she hung up on me.

Called again, spoke to Taslynne who told me that, no, they would activate my SIM and then five days later they would dispatch the Ipad...???!!!

So, I have spoken to three people all of whom have given me a different story. Taslynne is sending an email to the "relevant department" to find out when delivery will take place.

Also, please note, if you are ordering online, their stock levels are incorrect - you need to call them to ask if they have stock of the item you want before placing your orer.
