I attempted to phone the DSTV call centre 3 times yesterday to activiate my DSTV and I held on for 15 minutes every time. Eventually when I did get through at 19:30, I was helped by an agent who had the worst attitude I have experienced in a long time. He was rude and when I told him to please call me back as I was waiting on the line for 15 minutes, he told me that the call centre is inbound and he cannot call me back. I asked him to sms me my account number and he told me that he cannot sms the account number, I must write it down. WOW, what a first impression to using this service! PATHETIC!
