No Response Call Centre

I was approved for a loan and told I would be contacted within 1 to 3 hours. Three days later I have had no contact and have tried to speak to a call centre agent. Each time I call I am put in a queue. Three times I have called, the first waiting time being 15 minutes before I abandoned the call, the second being 45 minutes after which I abandoned the call and I am currently still on the line after 10 minutes. I have filled in the online form twice and still no response.
