On the 24/06/2013 I went to the Telkom outlet in Southgate mall to purchase data bundles for my ipad for an amount of R150.00. I was attended by a lady called Nomsa Faith Phiri who credited the wrong telkom number with data bundles to the value of R150. She credited cell nr: 0813741113 instead of 0813743331. I only realised this problem when I tried to use my data bundles. The number on the slip does not match my 8ta cell numbers. On the 25/06/2013 I called the customer service number 081 180 and spoke to Silindile who advised that only the shop which I purchased my bundles can assist. On the 26/05/2013 my partner went to the shop and she was turned back and told that the store did not make that mistake (How can they be that sure) and they even refused to dial the number which is credited with R150.00.I am pretty sure she is the one who made the mistake as I was reading her my 8ta cell number directly from the ipad and not from head. I fail to understand why is the Telkom shop in South Gate not assisting to find solution and instead resorting to blaming and pulling itself out of this problem, which I strongly believe they created. It is totaly unacceptable.
