My phone line and internet died about noon 3 days ago after which I confirmed my bill was up to date. I reported the issue, yesterday I escalated the issue and received an SMS that the fault was in hand with tech repair. Today''s passed and I haven't seen or heard from a technician.
Things are like this. I am paying for a service. Telkom doesn't discount me for downtime nor do they reimburse me for 3g and cellphone costs yet I have to wait for them to repair my line. Just over a year ago I used to never wait longer than 24hours for service to be restored and that was IF the line went faulty. Nowadays its a regular thing for my line to go down. I am utterly disgusted with the level of service and I demand that my line be restored by noon tomorrow.
