Cant complain about service cause there was none

There is something wrong with my MTN simcard and I urgently needed to have it replaced as this is my business phone. MTN said they cant help I need to go to Autopage. Went to the Autopage in Faerie Glen where I got my contract. They are closed on Sundays. Went to the Autopage in The Grove they were closed-no one there. They suggested I go to Menlyn but frankly I have apointments and deadlines and driving around trying to find an open Autopage is ridiculous I am sure after three tries you would also be sick of it.

I got my contract through Autopage because I was under the impression they had a more personalised touch with helping customers. Now I am sitting with a huge problem and no-one can help me. If I was signed directly through MTN they could have helped me at the first shop.
