A technician came to install a landline in my home. He checked the cable that we have in the house and then gave us our telephone number. We then told him that we do not want the instrument in the same position. He then told us that he is on lunch, he will be back. Not sure if we must buy the instrument ourselves, not sure if he is coming back to move the cable. Could not leave my house because we taught he was coming back like he said.
