On my contract I have been charged R34 for sms domestic which I don't have no idea.
I went to a branch to find out to which number did I send those sms to and when. They could not help.
I phone the call centre with the same problem, they also could not help me instead they say I must register for itemised billing.
We have what's up, Facebook and Twitter as a tool to send messages, why would I use the old fashioned way?
