No one can assist me with my claim!!!

To whom it may concern

I have been struggling for almost a month to get some feedback with regards to Claim no: 121400204, Client: KE MACMINN, Policy: 26794905, Case: 1796960.

I am the third party and was told to submit a list of supporting documents which I did on 2 April 2013 to [Email Removed] email reference: 20723889

I then called on 18 April 2013 and spoke to Gershwin Koopman who advised me to resend it to his personal email address as he could not find my documents on the system, [Email Removed] I was told he would call or email me to confirm he received it, I have yet to be contact by him.

I then resent the docs to his email 24 April 2013 and got an out of office reply, so I resent it to the email address provided which was [Email Removed] email reference: 20925724

I then called today 26 April 2013 and spoke to Margaret Mathabula whom said she could see something but she wasnt 100% sure it was captured.

Please could you treat this as a matter of urgency as I am 7 months pregnant and soon I will be restricted to driving and I need to sort this out ASAP before my Maternity leave.

I just need to know the way forward now and when my car will be fixed!
