To whom it may concern

I a loyal customer at cell c is disgusted by the way Ive been treated by this company. In 2011/01/31 I made a payment for my account but accidently paid a R100 more which I was only suppose to pay R150 I paid R250. So the following day I went to cell c branch at fourways trying to make arrangements sothat I can pay a R100 less on my next payment. When I made a payment of R100 less the next month, I was harassed because I didn't make a full payment of R150. this is unexceptable and till this day Im getting threats that im going to be blacklisted for that R100 that YOU already have...??? now please explain to me how this exactly works as seeing you guys already have my money???
