I had 2 problems in the space of 2 days.
Leon rectified my account detail and immediately got me back online.
After a day or 2 I was noticing terrible throttling and i sent through another mail, low and behold a few minutes later Leon fixed me up with the right details and I was running full steam again.
I was surprised at how fast Openweb reacted and how efficiently they rectified my issue.
This is definitely a team I trust
