Two Birds with One Stone

I've had a local only account with Openweb for as long as I can remember, I buy it on a month to month basis, sometimes more than once per month as and when I require. Activation via my profile is quick, simply and immediate.

Today I activated another account, International Uncapped Silver 8mbp/s. I initially had trouble setting it up and Leon Witherall was instrumental in sorting it out. Firstly, telephonically, with my many queries before activation as I've had numerous issues with other service providers and I didn't want a repeat of past problems with a similar product and then with the actual activation of the new account.

Leon is lightning quick responding to emails, (varies queries over the past three days) came up with a grand solution to rectify the only problem (better than my own suggestion) and voila all is in order.

This specific account is for two users, and the one user account was been naughty and not playing nicely with the other. Now both users are extremely happy and both accounts are well-behaved.
