Direct deposit payments not reflecting

I paid my 8ta mobile data bill at ABSA bank on 4 september and up to now the payments have not reflected on my invoice and 8ta still say i owe them. i have talked to one of their consultants (Makhosazana Ndlovu (M)) who asked me to send her the deposit slips of which i did but the issue is still not resolved. This is really frustrating as 8ta still tries to debit order me for payments i have already done. Please telkom someone help me out.
