I have had my adsl line for roughly 2-3 months now and what an absolute disaster it's been, if i'v had a working line for 60% of the time its plenty, from week 1 i have had endless issues with my line, the most recent is now going on for 3 weeks and NOBODY at Telkom can give me ANY kind of reassuring info on what the is going on with my line i have spoken to countless call centre Consultants and 2 managers (Johnny & most recently BA, from Bloem call centre) i am completely astonished with the lack of any kind of service.
I want this issue rectified immediately.
