June: signed contract for tablet with 2G data for 279/month, ensured that this would be the only monthly cost
August: first account, over R2000 charges... went in to sort out... again ensured that monthly cost would only be the 279... September account... over R 4000... went in again... dealt with manager who can't even get a response from within her own company... said I should migrate to a top up... and they would credit the account... then they cut off internet... I paid reconnection fee in October... and nothing has been done... I have NEVER had a response within the 24 hour period, they have NOT migrated the account to a top up, they have NOT credited my account, they have NOT reconnected me to the internet...
It is the middle of December and I still have had no contact, corrispondence or luck

so now I would like to have absolutely nothing to do with this 3rd class company...
Shame on you.
