Subscriptions charged for without consent

I have a contract with MTN and I was charged R10/day for 'cloudy alerts' subscription that I did not agree to. When I went to MTN to query this, I was told that many clients are complaining about the same problem. This is a and MTN should refund their customers as they cannot provide proof of any agreements that were supposedly made. I did not subscribe to any service and hold MTN responsible for not protecting me as a client. I am fed up with the service that I received and will not be renewing my contract with MTN. People beware, MTN does not have customers best interest at heart and will not protect you from this criminal behaviour. I am utterly disgusted. Shame on you MTN for daylight.
