Please assist me i have a problem with altec auto page polokwane branch
i went there on the 12 dec 2012 to make an application of contract phone
the person who was assisting with the application was George and with no success because he kept me waiting without telling me the feedbackThe manager by the name of Smax decide to take over to assist with the application, i call them the following day and Smax told me my application was not approved
after few day when i check the number which is 0730600141 was already on contarct
i call them to query about it and no one was willing to take the responsibilty
i call their callcentre several times, the send me back to the store, one of the agents send me to cancellation department which they also refer me back to the store, i spoke to the manager several times, she finally gave me the number of the owner of the shopby the name of Pieter, Pieter told me there is no other way the can cancell the contract, he gave me an option to take the phone and he will pay the phone for 3months which i refuse, now the cal that im owing them, i dont have a copy of anything
Please help with a person to take responsibility, idont have their phone
