This is ridiculous - a added to my contract!!

This is a new complaint I am listing for Vodacom; the first one is still not resolved and actually made me aware of the reason for this complaint.
I am not blaming Opera Telecom for illegally taking money from me... I blame Vodacom. I signed a contract with Vodacom for xyz... how can they willingly accept a third party to add charges onto MY contract with them without notification to/authorisation from me? What is this all about? Why can companies just not be transparent and open and honest in their dealings? Does Vodacom have a deal with Opera Telecom to get commission for all the subscriptions they (Vodacom) illegally add onto their customers' accounts? Because I did not sign anything with Opera Telecom, I did not subscribe to them. I want Vodacom to show me proof that I did this, and therefore I hold Vodacom responsible. I want the refund of this subscription from Vodacom, not from a third party. This can be likened to leaving your car unlocked at a shopping centre with the keys in the ignition, practically inviting someone to it. Vodacom left my account open so that unscrupulous characters can from me and they expect me to take the blame. This is enough.
