Vodacom

I have a contract phone number 0826832000, I receive my monthly account and it is up to date. My complanint is that I cannot use my phone to sms, to phone out, or upload time when needed. Vodacom repairs have replaced the sim card and said it is too old all with no success, the phone has been sent in for new software, no success, the phone is 1 year old and now I am told that this phone number is no more on the system. Please what will the folloing excuss be. I use this phone and its number for business and for personal use. I never had this problem before, but now I wonder if vodacom sa exists. If it does is there anybody who knows how to fix this problem?
