Incorrect billing, cant get out of contract

Five months ago I cancelled a contract which had elapsed in 2012. Nashua mobile failed to terminate it. I have subsequently visited their vodaworld branch twice, filled in termination documents and called their call centre twice and im still being charged for it. Another issue is that nashua mobile has crazy billing, they inflate it so much and milk you dry. When i calculate my three contracts I have with them I should be getting billed around R1100 yet im getting charged R1700. I hate Nashua mobile and would advise anyone to look elsewhere for services otherwise you will be stuck in a crazy contract for the rest of your life.
