In October I had a huge problem with Afrihost, after spending countless hours on the phone trying to get to a person, and after 20 emails, Afrihost called me on 15 November promised me that they will refund me, seeing as I received such poor service. End of November got Invoiced for the full amount, they debited my account for the full amount. I phoned them last week Wednesday, and asked for clarification. They thought that I wrote a Hellopeter the previous day, and had no idea who I was, after explaining, the contact centre person said he'll phone back. I'm still waiting for the call. On December 11, I sent an email, kindly requesting Afrihost to contact me with regards to this issue -> I received another email where they are asking me when they can phone me, I replied, and still no phone calls.
You guys probably have literally the worst service in the world, best ISP my @$$
