Logged a hellopeter complaint the 19th of November due to Afrihost's failure to respond and/or resolve multiple queries (tickets). Afrihost responded by saying they couldn't reach me on my phone (which was switched off) and that they sent me an sms that contains an email address which I should contact before they assist me. The sms never arrived.
I still haven't received any response regarding unresolved queries.
As I'm writing this report my internet speed is also atrocious (less than 0.5Mbit/s on a 4Mbit/s, uncapped, unshaped, unmetered business ADSL package).
