Feedback require re - Gift Card

I realised that my gift card had expired and contacted the number at the back of the card and was advised to call at the Vodacom shop that initially provided me with the gift card.

I then approached Vodacom Westgate branch and as assisted by Gerard Jacobs on the 2 December and was advised that it will take 5 days to resolve.

Today when I followed up with Gerard telephonically - I was advised that he did sent an e-mail to Dinishi Harry and there was nothing he could do until he gets approval from Dinishi Harry and could not tell me how long this could take.

I then advised him that my husband feels that I am to soft and should escalate the matter to Hello Peter to which Gerard then advised that I would most probably get a quicker answer if I went this route. Very disappointed that this is how a long standing client of Vodacom gets treated - I started the relationship with Vodacom in 2000 / 2001.

I would like to be refunded the gift card money.
