Cell C had charged me for data charges whilst I was in another country whilst I explicitly requested that my data roaming be deactivated. I called in a number of times to complain about the issue and no consulted bothered in taking my case further, yet I was told that I was liable and that I did in fact request for my data roaming to be active. After requesting for a recording of the call I was contacted by Busisiwe Vilakazi, who patiently assisted my, she tried contacting me a number of times and when she could reach me she persisted. Busi really went the extra mile and took the burden off my shoulders of having to sort the refund. It was evident in the recording that I requested for my data roaming to be deactivated. After the recording Busi made promises to sort the issue and to call me at certain times, she stuck to her promises. It is because of such customer service why we as customer's remain with a company after a number of issues.
Thank you Busi, from the time you started handling my complaint I felt a feeling of reassurance that it was going to be solved, thank you for your dedication, patience and going the extra mile.
