Can someone please solve my query!!!

Good day

I have not received a resolution to my query. The call has been traced where the international roaming was activated, and the call centre agent has confirmed that no data charges were discussed during the activation. I have tried on numerous occasions to explain that is was physically impossible to download that amount of data whilst the phone was switched off, and data roaming switched off during the time Cell C is claiming data was used. I have been to your Canal walk store in Cape Town on the 5th of November, and whilst standing there in the shop, showed the agent that the network is charging me for data that is not being used at that moment, from which a screen shot was send through to your technical department to investigate. However, I still get feedback to say the data was used? Could someone please assist me urgently!! Or tell me where I can go to be assisted. It has been a month that I have been calling and calling to get this sorted out, with no-one from the technical or billing department getting back to me as promised. I have also requested my next bill to investigate why I being charged for international roaming whilst standing in your Cape Town office?
