I've had a lot of issues with 8ta, since I went over to them almost 2 years ago! It just worse, and it looks like they just ignore it. Logged a lot of calls with call center, that just get closed, or not even logged! When I ask for a ref, no., they will sms it to me. Still waiting for a lot of sms's with ref. no's!
Finally had enougth, & decided something must be done.
16/4- my data package (fully paid R1800, for 12 months package)- very slow internet, and sometimes not working.
17/4- loggen a call (180) at call centre Found out later that they never logged the call, but know about me calling!
18/4- Still alot of problem with voice contract, can phone out/people not hearing me, or I can't hear them, broken speach (good signal). Went to Telkom Direct Walmer aprk and cancelled contract. Contract still not cancelled!
20/4- went to Telkom Walker drive- try to sort out data package. Looged call 3783435 with khamusi at call centre. Never came back as promissed. Another call, 5295005 (Abdull / Redah).also asked to cancel package & refund.
23/4- Tech (Maxwell Freeman) came out, found its a probelm with network
24/4- logged with Adrian
29/4- call logged, 5301651
Still no internet/refund/response/solution from 8ta!
