Pathetic Customer Service

My colleague Thokozani Nomusa Gumede is receiving threatening sms's from Symington & De Kok that she is being listed at the credit bureau for a debt that she does not know. She lost her ID on 16.06.2012 and she reported it at the Police Station. She has a affidavit from SAPS which confirms that she has never opened an account with IDENTITY STORE. Why can't someone sort this out at Identity Store. She has faxed all her documents pertaining to this on 22/11/2013 to a Mr Sekoala but still nothing has been done.
