Hi Peter I received a call from Ilhaam from virgin mobile who advised that phone will be collected tomorrow but now my problem is when they gave me a new contract phone they advised that my first instalment is from 25 Jan 2014 of R269 and once off R212 but now was advised that a debit order of R269 will debited from my account on the 20 of Dec can you please assist me to cancel both contracts phones as I see I will be paying amounts that i don't know off that I was not even advised off since again they told me Jan I have to pay another R269 R269 R212 which I don't understand
Please help me
