My Samsung Galaxy S4 battery gave me problems so I visited MTN in Plettenberg Bay Reges told me that the will have to send it in and it would take up to 2 weeks before I will get it back. Option 2 buy a new battery priced at R800.(just bought the phone 4 months ago). This may be standard MTN procedure but unacceptable, I visited another cellphone shop and was told by a very keen, informed and friendly junior sales assistant that I should contact Samsung as there is an issue with the batteries of the S4 in SA they would send me a new battery. I did and excellent service from Samsung new battery on the way. Had Reges been as keen, informed and friendly to advise me with same information I would be very happy. But he just sat there behind his computer looked up and said hi. No "Good morning sir how can I assist you today" having this"I don't care about your problem attitude" barely looking up at me, I wonder why he was appointed in such a position. There are 100's of unemployed people here in Plettenberg Bay that would outperform this lazy dude by far. He seriously need a lot of training and attitude change. Will visit Knysna MTN next time, was told clients service is real there.
